I began practicing yoga to enhance my flexibility while training for my black belt in kickboxing and quickly fell in love with it. My passion for yoga led me to complete a 200-hour teacher training course, followed by a 300-hour Ashtanga Vinyasa teacher training in Rishikesh, India. I also had the opportunity to study with David Swenson and completed a 40-hour Ashtanga Vinyasa teacher training with him.

As a friendly and empathetic instructor, I create a supportive and engaging environment for my students. I specialize in various styles, including Ashtanga Vinyasa, Vinyasa Flow, Slow Flow, Yin Yoga, Chair Yoga, and Yoga Nidra. I am very keen on yoga philosophy and am currently studying the Yoga Sutras through a 200-hour teacher training. Additionally, I have been studying Advaita Vedanta for the past three years.
