My love for physical movement and exercise started when I was 4 years old and attended my first dance class. Since then, dancing and dance training has become part of who I am and how I approach physical activity and muscle work.

I teach a vitalising, fun and powerful class, physically and mentally. I love helping people to connect with their bodies, mind and soul, focusing on posture and alignment to be injury free. My aim is to help students to discover their inner-strength and I am passionate about sharing all the knowledge I have gathered over 30 years teaching and working.
